Fill up on our Whitefish Chips... Now with Less Breading ✨

A 'brand new bag' 😁 for an old-school dish

new lightly breaded Whitefish Chips

Whitefish Chips have been on our menu since the very beginning and are considered classic Chicago fish house fare. But that doesn't mean we can't improve on a good thing. We are now preparing our Whitefish Chips with less breading. And since we weigh them by the full or half pound, you'll get more fish for the same price.

Our Whitefish Chips are made from boneless, skinless wild-caught Alaskan Pollock fillets, cut into 'bite-sized' chips and breaded in-house using a family recipe. Try them the next time you stop in and let us know what you think.

Look closely on the menu board below and you'll find "Fish Chips" on the menu. This photo is what our restaurant looked like in the 1950s.
