Whitefish Chips have been on our menu since the very beginning and are considered classic Chicago fish house fare. Our Whitefish Chips are made from boneless, skinless wild-caught Alaskan Pollock fillets, cut into 'bite-sized' chips and breaded in-house using a family recipe.
