Tastes like chicken ...sort of 🐸 😂 National Frog Legs Day

National Frog Legs Day is Thursday, February 29, 2024

fried frog legs

This special food holiday only hops around every four years – National Frog Legs Day, the official food of Leap Year Day February 29. Frog Legs have been on our menu since we first opened in 1950 and continue to be a popular choice. Served in two sizes, Large or Regular, we sold nearly 15,000 orders across our four locations last year. Some guests drive from hours away to order them! Our Frog Legs are prepared in-house using a family recipe for the breading, then deep-fried.

On National Frog Legs Day, Thursday, Feb 29, guests who spend at least $20 at Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp can add a frog leg for FREE to their order. Guests who opt to try one may also get a free, green “I tried the Frog Legs at Lawrence’s” shirt while supplies last. This special is good at all four of our locations.
