Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp (“Sponsor”)

 

Sponsor and Sweepstakes Locations

“Sweepstakes” is sponsored by Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp restaurant at each of its four locations:

1. 2120 S. Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60616

2. 3242 W. 87th Street, Chicago IL 60652

3. 50 S. Mannheim Rd, Hillside IL 60162

4. 3248 Vollmer Rd, Olympia Fields IL 60461

 

How to Enter and Win

1. Four (4) unique sweepstakes will be held, with entry and drawing at each of “Sponsor”’s 4 restaurant locations for a total of 4 winners.

2. Entry can only be done in person at “Sponsor” restaurant locations.

3. Entrants may enter at more than 1 location but can only win once. One (1) entry per person, per day, per restaurant location is allowed. If multiple entries are found with the same phone number at the same location in a single day, that person will be disqualified.

4. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of winning.

5. Enter by getting an entry card from restaurant cashier, filling out and turning back into cashier.

6. “Entry Period” begins 11am CT Monday, April 27, 2026 and ends 10pm CT Sunday, May 10, 2026.

7. Winners will be drawn at random by hand from each sweepstakes box and notified starting the evening of Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Winners will be given 24 hours to acknowledge and claim the prize otherwise they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn and notified until all 4 prizes are claimed.

8. Winner’s must pick up prize in person at a Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp location and show a form of ID to claim.

9. When contest is final, a list of winners will be posted on the webpage at lawrnecesfishandshrimp.com/call.  

 

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid phone number.​

2. Employees of “Sponsor”, their affiliated companies and immediate family members are ineligible. “Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, siblings, and children. People living in the same household of “Sponsor” employees at the time of Sweepstakes are also ineligible.

3. Entrants are subject to verification by “Sponsor”.

4. “Sweepstakes” is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event of any inconsistency with any advertising or other materials, these “Official Rules” shall govern.  “Sponsor”’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to “Sweepstakes”.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

Prize

1. Prize is a $1,000 check made payable to winner. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize is $1,000 USD. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the prize. “Sponsor” will issue a 1099-MISC income form. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions.

2.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

3.  “Sponsor” is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize.

 

Other Terms and Conditions

1. “Sponsor” reserves the right to adjust these “Official Rules” at any time.

2.  By entering “Sweepstakes” each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against “Sponsor”, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this sweepstakes.

3.  If entrant agrees to let “Sponsor” use their name, stories or images for promotional purposes, entrant does so without financial remuneration.

4.  Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold “Sponsor” harmless from any third party claims arising from or relating to that entrant’s participation in “Sweepstakes.” 

5.  “Sponsor” is not responsible for any misspellings on the entry form that prevent Sponsor from getting in contact with entrant.
